The activities listed below will be assessed the corresponding fee on a consistent basis.

*The Registration Application fee will be waived for applicants who held ACMDTT student membership within two years preceding the application for registration.

** Fee is applicable to full practice permit only

***Students enrolled from out-of-province for one year only will be charged a College fee of $50.00 CAD. The ACMDTT retains 25% of membership fees for administration fees if a student withdraws within 30 days after commencement of the training program. If a student terminates training more than 30 days after commencement of the training program, there will be no refund for membership fees paid.

The activities listed below will be assessed the corresponding refund of fee on a consistent basis.

  1. Practitioners who have “retired” from the profession or are no longer practicing are eligible to resign from the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists and may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Practitioners who are going “on leave” are eligible to change to a non-practicing registration status (associate) and may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds on fees are as follows:
Prior to June 30  $225.00
After June 30     no refund
