Recent amendments to the Health Professions Act (HPA) introduced by Bill 46, the Health Statutes Amendment Act, 2020 (No. 2), prohibit the College from carrying out association and member services functions. This has led to the College making a number of changes to our operations, including discontinuing the annual conference.

While we are no longer permitted to provide member-centric services like the annual conference, the College is committed to providing new regulatory education opportunities for our members to enhance their understanding of how health regulation ties into their everyday practice. Please see the Regulatory Education page for more details on some of the new opportunities being offered to our members.

Virtual CONNECT

CONNECT 2020 was cancelled due to the evolving situation with COVID-19. To continue supporting MRTs and ENPs in their continuing education, the College has collaborated with the CAMRT to invite some speakers who were scheduled to do education sessions at the conference to present their sessions virtually.
