What’s New This Year:

• Easier Professional Learning: We updated our Continuing Competence Program to reduce required hours and made the system easier to use.
• Smarter Use of Technology: We added tools like Microsoft Teams and AI software to help staff work more efficiently and stay organized.
• Lower Costs and More Flexibility: We removed the $100 student fee and introduced a monthly payment option for annual fees.
• A Better Website: We launched a new, easier-to-navigate website to help people find information faster.
• Progress on Sonographer Regulation: We worked with the Alberta government to move forward with regulating Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, which will help improve patient safety and trust.
