Starting October 1, 2024, the College has a single online system, My Profile, that allow registrants to manage their application, registration, and participate in the Continuing Competence Program (CCP).

A former platform, ‘My CCP’ on SkilSure, was retired permanently on September 30, 2024.

My Profile

On My Profile, registrants can do the following:

  • Update personal and employer contact information
  • Change or resign registration
  • Apply for additional and enhanced practice authorizations
  • Renew registration during the annual renewal period
  • Retrieve practice permits and receipts

NEW: CCP on ‘My Profile’

Starting October 1, 2024, registrants can also use My Profile to:

  • Access information and documents related to the Continuing Competence Program (CCP)
  • Record their annual CCP activities such as
    • the self-assessment,
    • personal learning plan and
    • records of CCP activities
  • Access the Regulation Education Module Examination

Your username is your email address. If you don’t remember your password, click the “Click here if you forgot your password” link and follow the instructions. For more detailed instructions on how to use the new member portal, please see the My Profile page.

Users Urged to use Personal Email

Those using a work email address for their My Profile account may have trouble accessing the 2FA code outside work hours or due to work spam filters. The College strongly recommends changing it to a personal email address. For privacy reasons, once the email address is updated, users must also email info@acmdtt.com requesting to change the login to the updated email address. Users will be notified when they can log in using the new email address.

How to Update Profile to Personal Email:

  1. Change your email address in My Profile.
  2. Email info@acmdtt.com asking to change your My Profile log into your personal email address. You will be notified when your new email address can be used to log in to My Profile.
  • If more than 1 code is sent, ONLY the most recent code is valid.
  • Trouble getting your code? Close your browser and all associated tabs and start a new session.

My Profile uses industry standard Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). When users log in to My Profile, they will be sent a code by email that must be entered. Re-authentication will be regularly required.
