CCP and the Importance of Compliance: Regulatory Education Session | Feb. 22, 2025

The College’s Continuing Competence Program (CCP) is the focus of our upcoming Regulatory Education Session on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

Jason Kully from Field Law will give a presentation on the importance of CCP compliance and why CCP participation is a must for every registrant.

The second session clarifies how to navigate and record your learning in the College’s freshly developed “My CCP” platform on My Profile. Addressing your important CCP questions is the College’s Director of Practice and Education, Linda O’Hara.

This free online event is open to College registrants, students, and affiliated health professionals.

Use Session for CCP Learning Hours

If you are a College registrant, you may claim time at the session towards your Continuing Competence Program (CCP) learning hours requirements after completing the required reflective practice review (self-assessment, learning plan and learning summary).

Jason Kully, Partner, Field Law

Jason Kully is a partner at Field LLP and serves as a legal advisor for a variety of professional regulatory organizations across many different professions in matters involving governance, conduct and discipline, policies and procedure, privacy, and registration.

Jason believes in staying informed and frequently writes articles on recent developments in professional regulation. He has also provided training on a variety of topics. Jason is one of the authors of The Law of Regulatory Investigations in Canada, along with Jim Casey, KC and Michelle Casey. Jason also co-authored The Annotated Health Professions Act, with Jim Casey, KC, Katrina Haymond, KC and Gregory Sim, which was published by Thomson Reuters in 2020.

Linda O’Hara, Director of Education and Competence, ACMDTT

Linda O’Hara background is as a medical radiation technologist and manager in diagnostic imaging for over 38 years. She currently manages the College’s Continuing Competence Program and audit process.
