Registration renewal for 2021 is now open!
General and associate members’ current registration will expire on December 31, 2020. Please log in to the online member portal and click “Renew” in the appropriate box on your home page (Associate or General) to complete your renewal.
The recently upgraded member portal features a renewal process that includes some significant changes from previous years, so we encourage all members to visit the Annual Renewal page for an overview before starting the renewal process and consult the Registration Renewal 2021 Information Guide as needed.
Important dates to remember
- November 30, 2020: Renewals completed after this date are subject to an additional $150 administration charge for members in the general register.
- December 31, 2020: The online registration renewal system closes.
- January 1, 2021: Regulated members who have not renewed will have their permits administratively suspended and must contact the College to complete their registration. Their permits will be administratively cancelled after 40 days. Associate members who have not renewed will have their memberships expired.

Further upgrades to the member portal
The College is pleased to announce that new applicants will soon benefit from our member portal upgrades as well. Starting Wednesday, October 7, Alberta graduates and Canadian transfer applicants will apply for general registration online. This will significantly streamline the process and improve the application experience for future technologists.
