Save Your CCP Records: ‘My CCP’ Closes Sept. 30, 2024

Posted: June 13, 2024

Exciting changes are coming to the College’s Continuing Competence Program. But when the ‘My CCP’ platform closes on September 30, 2024, our registrants’ previous years’ CCP data will not be brought over to the ‘My Profile’ platform. This is due to program updates and technical incompatibilities between the systems.

However, Standard 6.1(f), states registrant’s must:

“Retain a documented record of the reflective practice review for five registration years from the end of the registration year in which the reflective practice review was completed.”

Therefore, unless you save your learning records in another way, we strongly urge you to save or print your CCP Learning Summaries from the last five years for your records.

These single-page records are all you need to be in compliance with Standard 6.1(f).

How to Save Your CCP Learning Summary(s)

  1. Log in to ‘My CCP‘ using your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, go to ‘Learning Activities’ on the dashboard.
  3. From the dropdown menu in the ‘Learning Activities’, select ‘Summary of Activities’.
  4. A new page will open, and you will see a dropdown menu to select the year. Choose the specific year for which you want to view the summary of activities.
  5. After selecting the year, select the ‘Print/Download as PDF’ button. This action will generate a PDF file containing the summary of your activities for the selected year, which will be downloaded to your device.
  6. We recommend saving your summaries from 2019 to 2024. Repeat steps 3-5 for each year.
