Updates for the 2026 Registration Year

Below are important updates you need to know for the 2026 registration year.

All 2026 practice permit renewal invoices will be dated November 30, 2025, for registrants who complete their renewal before December 1, 2025.

• Whether you renewed on October 1 or November 27, your receipt (available in your College Portal) will show November 30, 2025, as the date.
• Renewal timelines, deadlines, and fees have not changed, so you can complete your renewal in the College Portal anytime up to December 31, 2025.
• Renewals approved after November 30 will include a $150 administrative fee.
• This adjustment applies only to the 2026 registration year. Future renewals will return to the usual schedule unless the College advises otherwise.

Effective January 1, 2026, all College fees are non-refundable once your practice permit has taken effect.

• This ensures consistent application of fees and aligns with reimbursement programs now offered to most registrants through their employer(s).
• If you have renewed but no longer need your 2026 practice permit, contact the College before December 22, 2025, to request a refund.
