Regulatory Education Session – Professional Conduct in Regulated Practice | Part 2 of 2
Professional conduct is a cornerstone of safe, ethical, and accountable practice. In the second session of ACMDTT’s Regulatory Education Series, registrants are invited to hear from Jason Kully, Partner at Field Law, as he provides practical guidance on navigating professional conduct issues in regulated healthcare practice.
Drawing on real-world examples, Jason will explore common professional conduct challenges, discuss expectations under the Health Professions Act (HPA), and share strategies to help registrants make informed decisions in complex situations. Participants will gain a better understanding of their professional responsibilities and learn how to uphold the standards expected of regulated health professionals in Alberta.
This session is designed to support registrants in maintaining public trust, minimizing risk, and confidently managing professional conduct matters throughout their careers.
