In accordance with Section 78 of the Health Professions Act, conduct hearings are open to the public unless the hearing tribunal accepts a motion or application to close the hearing.
To inquire about available seating to observe a hearing, contact Hearings Director at HearingsDirector@acmdtt.com. Requests must be received at least three business days before the hearing. Members of the media must identify themselves to the Hearings Director.
Hearing dates are subject to change. In the event of a re-schedule, ACMDTT will contact those who have pre-registered.
