As per the Health Professions Act (HPA), the College Council approves programs of study for entry-to-practice education for MRTs, ENPs and DMSs in Alberta.

Approved Education Programs

The College considers all educational programs accredited by Accreditation Canada to be approved programs for MRTs and DMSs.

The British Columbia Institute of Technology Electroneurophysiology Technology Program and the Électroneurodiagnostic Program at La Cité are the only active approved program for ENPs.

Another requirement for registration is completion of an entry-to-practice examination.
