If you are leaving practice in Alberta, you may notify the College and provide the effective date.
Your registration can end in one of two ways:

- Refunds: Read the Fee Schedule
- Verification of Standing: A clean Verification of Standing Form will not be issued if you cancel your registration with outstanding CCP hours, fees, levies, or conduct matters.
- Reinstatement: When returning to practice, you must:
- Complete all missing CCP hours
- Pay all applicable application and registration fees
- Pay for and complete a criminal reference check
- Satisfy any other registration requirements in place at the time of your application
