Annual Practice Permit Renewal Fee (permit issued January 1) Renewal is open for payment between October 1 and December 31. All fees paid after November 30 are subject to an administrative fee. Any additional fees, costs, levies or assessments (e.g. Continuing Competence Program (CCP) Non-Compliance Levy) incurred during the year must be paid before a practice permit can be renewed. |

Refund Policy
All College fees are non-refundable, with one exception:
Registration and practice permit fees may be refunded only if the permit has not yet taken effect.
If you have renewed or paid for a permit that has not yet come into effect, you may request a refund before the permit’s effective date.
Once a practice permit is active (effective January 1 of the registration year or the date of issuance for new registrants), fees are non-refundable
